This month marks the four year anniversary of the Orlando Tech Meetup, and it could not have come at a better time to celebrate – right in the middle of Global Entrepreneurship week!
We have partnered with weVENTURE this month to put on our first ever Women in Tech-themed meetup – all of this month’s demoing companies were founded by women. We have a diverse group of startups this month with educational and wearable tech companies, as well as a mobile app and a social enterprise.
Come out to the Church Street Exchange on Thursday night and join us in celebrating four years of OTM, and #womenpreneurs.
Our demoing companies are:
BeauGen – BeauGen’s PerfectLatch is a “stretchy, soft, nipple cushion that works with any breast pump.” BeauGen launched a Kickstarter campaign for the PerfectLatch earlier this month. With 23 days left in the campaign PerfectLatch has already raised 56% of their goal ($14,070 of $25,000 goal).
Lumenbyte – With Lumenbyte’s Find Me app you will never forget where you parked your car again. The Find Me app uses motion tracking and location services on the iPhone to help you find your vehicle, no matter where it’s parked.
Innovative Logix – Homework Conquest, an educational software by Innovative Logix, will transform the way your child views homework. Homework Conquest allows teachers (Dragon Masters) to assign homework to students (Dragon Master Apprentices) in a creative and fun game, making the homework experience more appealing to children.
FoodShareLove – FoodShareLove provides on-demand meal services by connecting those in need with those who have the resources to provide assistance.
