Canvs, the largest downtown Orlando coworking space, has announced that they are expanding yet again. The news came via the Canvs monthly newsletter sent out on Tuesday morning.
The newsletter outlined plans to develop the Church Street Exchange location, making way for 18 new offices, ranging from 100-200 square feet each. Canvs will repurpose some of the existing real estate to make room for the offices, as well as acquire some new space in the Exchange building.
“Many of our members are growing and finding that they need their own private offices,” said Melissa Wasserman, the Director of Operations at Canvs. “Whether that is so that they can work more closely with their team, ideate on white boards all their own, or keep customer data secure, we are happy that we can now accommodate them. We get to keep these companies as part of our growing community and they do not have to sign long term leases, pay utility and network costs, or deal with the headaches of build out.”
